Flying Start - £15.00 per morning / afternoon
• Monday mornings – closed until 11.00
• Tuesday mornings – closed until 11.00
• Wednesday – Friday - 9.00am – 11.30am
• Monday – Friday - 12.30pm - 3.00pm

School Day Session - £36.00 per session
• Wednesday - Friday - 9.00am-3.00pm
• Wednesday-Friday - 11.30am-5.30pm

Full Day Session - £50.00 per session
• Wednesday-Friday - 9.00am-5.30pm

Extended / Out of Hours Sessions
• 3.00pm-4.00pm - £6.50
• 3.00pm-5.00pm - £12.00
• 3.00pm-5.30pm - £15.00

£6.00 per hour any other session or additional time

Children can either bring a packed lunch from home or have a hot school meal at an additional charge of £3.40 per day. All fees and dinner money is payable via ParentPay. We are a cash free setting.

Extended Hours / Out of Hours Provision for 3-11 year olds

Cynfran Preschool has out of hours provision for children aged 3-11. Admissions to the out of hours provision, in terms of numbers allowed per session are in accordance with Staff Ratios for children aged 3-11 (1 adult to 8 children aged 3-7, 1 adult to 10 children aged 8-11. By enrolling their children in the out of hours provision , parents agree that their child will attend sessions on their regular set days, as individually required and any changes to set days are subject to availability.

• Parents complete and sign the contract and registration form and confirm they have read and understood the policies and procedures and agree to the terms and conditions before their child attends (SEE CONTRACT FORMS)
• Parents agree to inform Cynfran Pre-school of any changes to information they have provided, including medical information and allergies.
• Cynfran Pre-school requires 24 hours’ notice to cancel any booked days or a cancellation fee of £6.50 will be charged.

Parents are reminded that all sessions registered must be paid for, even if your child is absent. This is to ensure the continued running of the pre-school, as costs have to be met. Please pick up your child promptly, a late fee of £5 is applicable after the session ends.
We are a term time only setting. We operate on a school site and as such will open and close in line with Ysgol Cynfran.

If you wish to register your child at Cynfran Pre-school, please download and print a copy of the Contract Forms., fill the relevant sections and return them to the pre-school for the attention of Andrea or Tracy.

If you wish to register your child at Cynfran Pre-school Out of Hours provision, please download and print a copy of the Out of Hours Contract Forms., fill the relevant sections and return them to the pre-school for the attention of Andrea or Tracy.
